Follow the Path-painting in progress

Follow the Path, a new abstract painting on the easel for July 2019.

Taking an old painting and starting a new one on top of it. I wish I had take a photo of the original painting underneath. 

I started adding lines with chalk pastels and acrylic paint.

Painting in sections to create a push and pull.

I turned the painting upside down and starting defining lines and shapes. Right now I am going to let it sit and stew. In a couple of days, I will look at it with fresh eyes.
